Autograph books

Autograph Books

What For?

Autograph books are the key to family memories! Wherever you are in Disney there are always characters! There are many ways to get autograph books, and many different kinds.

Kinds

Disney is expensive, but the autograph books that they sell are good quality. They normally are about $15 to $20 dollars depending on the one you buy. Some come with matching pens and there are all different kinds. Whatever character you kid likes there is an autograph book they will like!

Disney is expensive, and if you are wanting to save money but still want an actual autograph book a good deal is to get one from the dollar store! The Dollar Tree sells notebooks with Disney characters on them, they are the perfect size and save you money!

A different option is to use an encyclopedia. Not any boring encyclopedia a Disney character encyclopedia! You can have characters sign on their pages and it is a great thing for your kids to read while you are waiting on lines or at restaurants and can also get autographs in them!Image result for disney character encyclopedia

For something a little different, you can do an autograph shirt! You can buy a pack of white shirts and bring a sharpie and have the characters sign the shirt! This is also convenient because when you get home the  the shirt will be used, instead of collecting dust like books.  Disney shirts are expensive so this is a great thing to have and wear in the parks!

What happens if you miss an autograph!

If you get home and your kids are upset because they missed one of the Princess' autographs there is something you can do! You can send a letter to the character and you will get a a picture sent back with their signature! This is convenient and also a cool thing that Disney does that not many people know about!

Disney Pins

Disney Pins

Sorry for the late post, next week it will be on time!

How to pin trading

I atarted pin trading during my April trip when I was 10 years old. My mom had done some research and one day a package came from Amazon. It was a pack of 50 pins. My mom had explained to me how pin trading worked,  She ordered a starter set from Amazon and I split it with my sister.    I loved it! I want to share some important information about pin trading and some secrets to help you have a fun time trading!

What is pin trading

When you walk into the parks there is a lot to look at so you might not have noticed the lanyards with pins on the cast members. Any cast member has to trade with you and you can trade for any pin on their lanyard. You can just walk up and ask can I trade a pin, then look and point for the one you like. If there isn't a pin you or your kids want just say thank you don't feel like you have to trade. There are series of trading pins and I like to collect certain ones.

Series & Hidden Mickeys

You can purchase these packs at the parks or on the Disney Parks app. A bag of mystery pins of the pack you choose with 5 pins in it is around $28. A box of 2 mystery pins of the pack you choose is around $15. Hidden mickeys are pins that disney has released that you have to buy from a blind bag. A way that you know the pins are hidden mickeys is somewhere on the pin there will be a little silver mickey head. If you turn the pin onto the back there is a little box that will say 2 out of 5. That is how you know what pins are part of which set.

Where to get Trading Pins

There are multiple ways to get pins to trade but some are cheaper than others! One way is to order a lot from amazon but be sure to check the reviews to make sure that they are good quality. Another way to get trading pins is to buy them in mystery boxes or bags and keep the ones you like and trade the ones you don’t like.

COMING SOON I WILL BE SELLING SOME OF MY PINS
They will be good quality at a good price from mystery boxes and bags

Pin trading is a great hobby for the whole family to enjoy and there is a pin for everyone!

8 must have items for your Disney park bag

8 must have for your Disney park bag

This is my first post! I will be posting every Friday at 8 AM Pacific Time.

Hand Sanitizer

The parks are filled with germs! Make sure you have the keychain part so you don't have to go looking through your bag when you want to eat something! If you get to the parks and forget yours there are some that you can buy with your favorite characters on them.

Wipes

Tables in Disney are disgusting, ecpecially the quick service ones! Then trying to get wet paper towel is an adventure and a half by the time you get that your food will be cold. So getting a travel pack of wet wipes is an easy way to go.

Ponchos

Welcome to Florida where it rains everyday! Ponchos a compactable and easy to through on. The best place to get them is Dollar Tree, you can use them during the trip and them through them out!

Autograph book & Pen

You never know when the lines for characters are going to be short or you will run into a character on the street! Never miss out on a autograph they are good cheap souvenirs for your kids!

Sunglasses

The parks are sunny and you don't want to be squinty eyes in all of your pictures. You might want to consider getting a cheap pair for Target or Marshalls in case you lose them.

Sunscreen

The parks are sunny and a Disney trip is not fun when you have a sunburn. So pack a little container because it is very expensive in the parks.

Pins

It is free to pin trade with cast members in the parks so bring your pins and trade for some great pins!

Shiny Pennies & Quarters

A cheap souvenir for your kids is pressed pennies and there are so many different ones you can get for only 51 cents! Most gift shops and attractions have them and you can go around and collect your favorite characters. You can also purchase a book to display all of your pennies for around 15 dollars.

Why I Love Disney

My name is Hannah and I am starting a Disney blog. My love for Disney started before I could even walk! My first trip to Disney was when I was 5 months old, and up until I was 3 we went every year! I took my first steps in Disney, some of my favorite memories from my childhood are watching Happily Ever After on Main Street, eating ice cream from the Main Street Confectionery or seeing the fireworks go off as I am riding Aladdin's Magic Carpets. I have so many amazing memories there; it is truly a magical place! I am starting this blog because I want other people and their family's to make amazing memories and create their magical vacation. This blog will be filled with tips, reviews, and so much more!!
